🥉 SEA Games 2025 | Men’s Field Hockey

The Singapore Men’s Field Hockey team concluded their SEA Games 2025 campaign with a Bronze medal finish, demonstrating resilience, discipline, and competitive spirit across their fixtures.

Singapore opened their campaign on 11 December with a commanding 4–0 victory over Myanmar, setting a high tempo from the opening whistle. The team controlled possession with sharp passing and strong teamwork, while maintaining a solid defensive structure to secure a clean sheet. The match was made memorable as Captain Silas marked his 100th international cap, contributing two goals to the win.

On 12 December, Singapore faced Thailand in a tightly contested match, narrowly losing 0–1 in an evenly balanced encounter defined by strong defensive organisation from both sides.

Singapore then played Malaysia on 15 December, competing with determination despite a challenging result. The match marked a significant milestone as Darren Sia Ding Lun earned his 50th international cap, reflecting his experience and long-standing contribution to the national team.

On 16 December, Singapore played out a 0–0 draw against Indonesia, showing strong work rate, defensive discipline, and positive attacking intent. In the semi-final on 18 December, Singapore faced Malaysia once again, continuing to compete with resilience and commitment against a strong opponent.

Across the tournament, the Men’s Field Hockey team displayed unity, perseverance, and discipline, culminating in a Bronze medal finish for Singapore at the SEA Games 2025.
